??In today's world of sport, physical conditioning, core stability and strength development are important factors in the longevity and success of an athletic career. The Edge provides intense dry-land training to athletes and non-athletes, individually or as a team. Come to me or I will come to you.???????? ???The Edge is owned and operated by Robert Francz. Robert, better known as Franczy from his days as a Peterborough Pete, is a former professional hockey player who is a certified personal trainer and on the coaching staff with the Peterborough Petes Minor Midget AAA team.
??The Edge is my business name because it is how I have always lived my life... on the edge, to the edge and sometimes over the edge. Life is more exciting when you push it to the edge.
I operate from the belief that everyone can benefit from working with a personal training specialist in some capacity.
